Christian Concern Management and Development, located in Collegeville, PA provides quality affordable housing and supportive services to seniors in two counties. All of their housing communities utilize one or more federal financing programs that require nearly all of the units be rented to persons of very low and low income.

TDCG worked with CCMD to enable its Long Range Planning Committee and ultimately the Board, to identify strategic objectives and to evaluate and decide on a strategy that will augment the mission of CCMD over a five-year period. Issues explored included the consideration of offering housing and services to a middle-income market, and assessing the feasibility of expanding the number of projects that it manages and the range of services that it provides.
