Kearsley Retirement Community, located in Philadelphia, PA is the first and oldest retirement community in the United States. Kearsley operates with a sole purpose - to provide affordable housing and long-term care for low-income elderly persons. Kearsley provides care for 231 residents in three levels of care, affordable housing, personal care and nursing.
