PHI (link: http://www.phihomes.org/) is a not for profit subsidiary of PHI, Aging and Healthcare Services based in Camp Hill, PA. PHI consists of 14 communities located throughout PA, MD, OH and DE offering Continuing Care Retirement Communities, Assisted Living residences, independent living properties and health centers.

TDCG is working with PHI to develop affordable housing utilizing the Low Income Housing Tax Credit program. It is anticipated that the project will have multiple phases with the end result being the creation of over 100 units of affordable housing with support services.
