Telesis Cooperative, LLC, located in Washington DC was awarded funds by the Pennsylvania Housing and Finance Agency (PHFA) to explore the feasibility of creating cooperative housing for TANF eligible families. TANF-eligible families are those families whose income is at or below 80% of Area Median Income and have at least one dependent living at home below the age of 18. The PHFA funds are supporting the predevelopment tasks for this project.

TDCG is working with Telesis in the identification of potential project sites and sponsors in the Philadelphia area.
