Pamela A. DeLissio

Pam is the President of The DeLissio Consulting Group and co-owner and CEO of PA Online, Ltd.

Her career includes over 17 years of expertise and experience as President/Administrator of two not for profit companies. As President/CEO of a multi-level not for profit retirement community Pam orchestrated a 15 million dollar expansion project. The creative structure of the financing and funding was a key component to the success of this initiative.

She also is a co-owner of an Internet Service Provider with over 12,000 subscribers. The acquisition in 2003 of PA Online was the result of utilizing skills acquired during her 25-year career. These skills were evidenced by the development of a suitable business plan, the identification of various sources of financing, efficient management of the project team and negotiating a reasonable deal with the seller.

As CEO of PA Online her responsibilities are to identify short and long term business goals, coordinate the development of a strategic plan to realize those goals and to oversee the implementation of that plan.

A significant value added that Pam brings to an engagement is he 20 years of service in leadership positions on not for profit boards. This volunteer service has ranged from participating as a director of a statewide trade association to helping to direct a small local business association.

Pam is known for asking the right questions, organizing complex projects, creative thinking and execution and balancing priorities. She works with persistence, determination, personal and political savvy, common sense and experience.
